At Angkor Cambodia, the monuments of Roluos, better known as the Roluos Group name were built between the years 877 and 889. Located 13 km from Siem Reap, are the first temples "in stone" built by the Khmers who represent the beginnings of classical art of Cambodia. Before the temples of Roluos previous temples were all built mainly of wood and various lightweight materials, and few resisted the years, hence their ephemeral side
