Day 1: SIEM REAP

Arrival in Siem Reap before 10:00.

Reception at the airport. You are waiting at the exit of the airport by your guide who will have a sign with your name.

Excursion with English speaking guide and boat private on the Tonle Sap Lake to the Kampong Phluk flooded forest through the fishing village of Chong Khneas, about 1h30 by boat separates these two villages.

Visit the village of Kampong Pluk fishermen, fantastic and unique in its kind. A village on the water cut off from the world... accessible only by boat. .

During the dry season, you walk in this village built surrounding a pagoda. You can observe the constructions and renovations of houses and boats, the way of life of the local people, the means of transportation of villagers who live 6 months on the water. Visit the houses and small factories of fish, small market etc...

During the wet seasonyou will embark on a private boat from one house to another and you will change a little later again a small boat to explore the flooded forest.

Our vehicle is waiting for you at Kampong Phluk, 45 km of road we will hold in the forgotten temple of Beng Mealea (flower in the pond).

The quality of the architecture and decoration of this temple will amaze you despite the fact that nature and humans have left it in ruins.

Note: trip can be done in reverse.

Optional in the day: unlike other agencies that make you visit the 'Crocodile Farm' we will take you to a local family-owned farm. The more adventurous can hold (crocodiles!) babies in their hands. It is a downtown; it takes at least 30 minutes. If you do not want to visit, you can inform the guide.

Day 2: SIEM REAP – Angkor the Temple (B)

Excursion of the day 40 km from Siem reap. Visit one of the first capitals of the Khmer empire, Mahendraparvata founded by Jayavarman II. The site is confirmed and found in 2013 with the Lidar technology help, called Phnom Kulen(at the top of the mountain sacred, amazing Buddha carved in the rock, not far a small torrent with waterfall for swimming...)

On the Road: Discover the temples of the Roluos group marked the beginning of the Khmer civilization. The royal temple of King Indravarman I, Bakong is one of the first stone temples built in option that is an architectural revolutionary for its time illustrating the Devaraja cult that gave legitimacy to the royal power.

Visit the famous temple of Banteay Srei (citadel of women) also called "Tribhuvanamaheśvara". It is located 25km north of Siem Reap. Built in delicate pink stone will that make these patterns carved like precious Khmer art and attracted the attention of Andre Malraux in 1923.

Continue the visit to Kbal Spean, "River to the thousand Lingas" (40 min. walk by trail in the jungle). This program will also allow us to furrow the authentic countryside in the vicinity of Siem Reap and observing rural life.

Day 3: SIEM REAP – Angkor The Temple (B - D)

A whole day is devoted to the temples in the small and grand circuit:

 Kravan, Ta Nei, Bat Chum, SrahSrang,

Ta Prohm, Banteay Kdei, Pre Roup, Tasom, Neak Pean, Krol Kor, Prasat Pithu, Preah Khan, Preah Palilay.

6:30 p.m. Diner offered with "Apsara" show at AMAZONE: huge buffet of all kinds of Cambodian specialties with Apsara show (20 male and female dancers).

Day 4: SIEM REAP – Angkor the Temple (B)

Day by TukTuk

This day is reserved for the visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom and the famous temple of Angkor Wat

Then the temples in the ancient capital of Angkor Thom: Bayon, Baphuon, Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Palace, Terrace of the Leper King, Phimeanakas, Chau SayTevada, Thommanon, Tanei and Takeo

Afternoon: visit the famous Temple Angkor Wat in detail and Bakheng for the sunset.

Overnight in Siem Reap..

Day 5: SIEM REAP (B)

Free time.

In the day ride home from the airport depending on your flight time.

End of services.

2 adults and 3 children: Depending on availability of hotels is: A double room plus a triple room or a family room if possible.

 

If you are an odd number of over 10 years:

The only person wants a single room: There is a single supplement.

The only person sleeping in the room occupied by two people: This is a triple, if not triple room in a hotel it will be with an extra bed.
