Settlement Conditions

KHUON TOUR is an official travel agency registered in Cambodia. You can contact the Ministry of Tourism in English. Many agencies work without these documents.

In Cambodia the $ us is one of two official currencies with the riel. Everything is settle in $ us, possibly the Riels are used to adjust costing us less than $ 1. You can very easily change euro - $ us on site in the exchange offices. Do not change to airports and banks.

Cambodia tours only:

If you are less than 4 peoples, you pay nothing in advance, you can pay on arrival, but in order validate your booking  effectively, you must send us, by email, a copy of all airline tickets with flight numbers, dates and times of arrival and departure from Cambodia. In such special services such as booking flights, shows, First Class category hotels, nights on the island of Koh Rong, a 30% deposit will be required plus the amount of flights if we have to charge, the balance will be paid upon arrival.
If you are 4 or more: a deposit of 30% is required to order and more for the amount of flights we have to charge.

In cash :

You pay in US$ , the agreed amount in cash. If you want to adjust the amount in euro will be the one to set the converter (the settlement date) plus 3% To convert  € - $us click here  

The best solution for you is to pay in cash and in $us.

By credit card in Cambodia:

It is possible but fees are high. You must notify your bank before departure you will perform an important payment. Our regulations are to be made in US$, you will have the cost of your bank (card use + conversion fee EURO / US $) our cost + 3%. Our offices have no payment terminal; you will go to our bank in Phnom Penh accompanied by a representative of Khuon Tour. Banks close at 15:30 and Sundays, Saturday afternoon, public. This approach may disturb your circuit.

By Travellers Chèques :

We can not accept Travellers Cheques directly. You can change your Travellers Cheques to Phnom Penh bank counter. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all holidays.
In all cases, a commission of 2% will be levied on the amount of the transaction.
Warning ! To change an amount exceeding $ 2,000 us, you must imperatively present the RECEIVED PURCHASE your Travellers Cheques, issued by your bank.
Be carriers of Travellers Cheques in USD and not in Euro. The signing of travelers checks, passport and the person withdraws money should be the same.

If you want to set some or all of your circuit before departure:

You should inform us and conduct the transfer no later than one month before your arrival. If you make a transfer without notifying us and it did not happen on our account you will have to pay us back to your arrival and you will be refunded upon arrival to our account. (Transfers can take 15 days or more)

It is imperative that your bank makes the transfer in US $. Bank transfers outside the EU are done via the SWIFT code of the bank (No IBAN) is your bank to make the transfer, you can not yourself even make a transfer outside the EU.

Transfer in US $, all costs borne by the sender (no cost sharing), when fees charged to Khuon Tour these charges will be added when the balance of your journey regulation.

FYI: there are 3 possibilities:

1. BEN : transfer fee paid by the BENeficiary,
2. OUR : transfer fee borne by the customer (that's you)
3. SHARE (SHA) transfer costs taken into shared load.
